Trail Ridge Road, the legendary Colorado route, took a little extra time opening this year due to a late snow storm in May. America’s highest continuous road usually opens Memorial Day weekend, but the snow from the storm still stood tall above the cars driving by and opening day was pushed back until May 31st.
